Core Values

We have five core values
that guide our work

Win As A Team

We are a diverse team who like the people they work with and strive to make everyone around them better. This means being positive, compassionate, accountable, and supportive to each other. We create equitable opportunities for our teammates to thrive and win together.

Embrace and Drive Change

We operate in a dynamic and competitive ecosystem that requires continuous innovation. TripleLifters are comfortable with uncertainty. We listen to our customers, move quickly, question convention and embrace change.

Learn and Grow

We are committed to self-improvement at all times. TripleLifters seek feedback and take extra steps to learn about our craft, customers, and industry. With continuous learning, we grow together as a team and as individuals.

Operate with a Founder’s Mentality

Like our founders, we step up whenever there’s an opportunity. When we see an issue, we take initiative. This means improving what we touch by proposing solutions and seizing opportunities.

Own Your Piece, Know The Puzzle

We deliver excellence in our individual areas of expertise while understanding how that work drives our overall success. Knowing ‘the whole is greater than the sum of its parts’ drives maximum output for everyone.

I’ve felt so at home since joining over 5 years ago – feeling the embrace of anyone I meet whether in person or over Zoom. During my time at TripleLift, I’ve become a wife, a mom, experienced loss, and a team transition – all of which I’ve had my colleagues to celebrate with and navigate through. I value our company culture and how diverse and inclusive this organization is from both a professional and personal level. No matter someone’s work experience, time zone, or cultural background – we thrive on building synergy that can be felt across the globe. ”
