TripleLift, the ad tech platform elevating digital advertising across every screen, today announced that it has hired two new executives to join the company’s c-suite. Meredith Brace will serve as TripleLift’s chief marketing officer (CMO), working out of TripleLift’s New York office. Marjorie Ajero, also located in New York, takes on the role of chief human resources officer (CHRO) and newest member of Office of the CEO. Meredith will report directly into TripleLift’s Office of the CEO and Marjorie will report to board chairperson, Eric Roza.
In her new position, Brace is responsible for overseeing TripleLift’s presence in the ad tech marketplace showcasing the company’s expertise in retail media, CTV and creative technology. Brace joins TripleLift from XR Extreme Reach, where she served as CMO. In that position, she helped rebuild and rebrand the company and built a growth model to generate and track marketing-influenced pipeline and revenue. Prior to XR Extreme Reach, Brace was CMO at Samba TV, where she developed and executed strategic business planning, GTM plans. brand management, and insights-based marketing analysis for marketing initiatives. She has also held senior positions at companies including FOX Networks, true and Microsoft.

Ajero serves as TripleLift’s CHRO a newly-created role where she is responsible for leading the company’s HR and workplace planning and operations. Ajero joins TripleLift from MA People Partners, a company she founded that offers people strategy consulting with expertise in building and scaling the function, M&A transactions and labor relations. She has also previously held HR leadership roles at companies like Feedback Loop, Bettercloud, and Group Nine Media.
