To build on their successful partnership with TripleLift, Raptive—a leading North American partner to digital publishers—collaborated with TripleLift to bring new high-impact formats to market, leveraging its premium inventory and scaled reach to support the product’s launch. This launch was a key part of Raptive’s broader strategy to drive and explore innovative revenue growth across their network of SSPs. They intentionally seek partners capable of delivering unique, high-performing ad formats that flexed beyond standard display ads. With this in mind, Raptive worked with TripleLift to integrate innovative, component-based formats across a network of 5,000+ domains. These high-impact formats, including Component Carousel, Component Image, and Component Video, aligned perfectly with Raptive’s vision of providing SSPs with enhanced demand and increased monetization opportunities.

Solution

TripleLift’s streamlined activation process ensured effortless integration of customizable templates while preserving core web vitals and site usability. Deployed in Q2 2024, the high-impact formats were designed with premium creatives to address publishers’ needs for unique, engaging formats that drive differentiated demand while maintaining an optimal user experience. 

The customizable templates include TripleLift’s first-to-market Amazon-exclusive Native Responsive eCommerce ads as well as a suite of new high-impact formats. Formats operated on both the open exchange and through KPI-driven deals curated and sold by TripleLift. By pairing TripleLift’s first-party audience solutions with white-glove service, the templated formats future-proofed Raptive’s ad placements, ensuring sustainable revenue growth across their expansive domain network. 

Results

The partnership resulted in a substantial year-over-year increase of both advertiser spend and publisher revenue during Q2/Q3 2024. The formats accounted for 10% of Raptive’s Q3 total ad spend, delivering a 30% incremental revenue post-launch. Domains that activated the formats experienced a 128% quarter-over-quarter increase in revenue with minimal additional activation lift. Due to the performance, TripleLift was handpicked as Raptive’s preferred SSP partner in its Raptive Represents program for 2025.
