James Evans

James is Chief Privacy Officer and Vice President of Legal at TripleLift where he is responsible for ensuring that privacy remains at the forefront of the company’s global technology platforms and commercial agreements. He is a key member of the team driving TripleLift’s privacy strategy and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure TripleLift’s products and processes continue to meet global privacy requirements.

Most recently, James was Head of International Privacy at Yahoo, responsible for EMEA, APAC & LATAM and part of the privacy leadership team advising on global privacy strategy.

James has over 15 years legal experience in media and advertising, including extensive experience in the ad tech industry with previous roles at Millennial Media and AOL as Senior Counsel, and Verizon Media where he was Head of Global Data Policy.
