We’re back to wrapping up the week with wellness on the brain for our Feel Good Friday series. Up next: join us for a virtual workout session with Cam Norsworthy, a Brooklyn-based fitness instructor certified in Pilates, TRX, and barre.
#CampCam is a 30-minute, full-body, interval-based class. You’ll work up a sweat with high-intensity moves, but the entire class is low-impact in the sense that there is no jumping. A mat is suggested; sneakers are not needed but can be worn if preferred.
