Pilates Strength with Dianna
This Feel Good Friday will be hosted by personal trainer, Dianna Falzarano, where she’ll lead attendees through a half hour, full body work out – incorporating pilates principles, functional strength exercises, and dynamic movements.
All you’ll need for this session is a mat and a light pair of weights, which are optional.
