Yoga with CHOYCE ATHLETICS

 This Feel Good Friday we’re going to reach center together with a virtual vinyasa yoga class. This session will be lead by 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Sam Flores, who founded the yoga practice at CHOYCE ATHLETICS – a fitness community that takes a 360 approach to health and wellness.

Sam will be guiding listeners through 45-minute a vinyasa flow with a focus on linking breath to movement, this flow is suitable for all levels.
