Yoga with CHOYCE ATHLETICS
Step away from the chaos that has followed us into 2021 for a 45 minute yoga session. This class will be lead by 200-hour certified yoga instructor, Sam Flores, who founded the yoga practice at CHOYCE ATHLETICS – a fitness community that takes a 360 approach to health and wellness.
Sam will be guiding listeners through a vinyasa flow with a focus on linking breath to movement, this flow is suitable for all levels.
