Pilates Strength with Dianna
This edition of #FridayNotFriday will be hosted by National Council of Strength and Fitness certified personal trainer, Dianna Falzarano. Dianna is going to lead attendees through a half hour full body work out – incorporating pilates principles, functional strength exercises, and dynamic movements. All you’ll need for this session is a mat and a light pair of weights, which are optional.
Dianna’s a Certified Functional Strength Coach (CFSC), a Pre and Postnatal Performance Training Specialist, as well as certified in TRX, Pilates, Barre and Lagree. She currently teaches (virtually) at Pure Barre Manhasset, Core + Co Lagree Fitness, and has her own personal training business.
